Innovative did not stop their work at the signing of the Letter of Intent between Lowell and Fresenius. The Innovative team guided us through each step of the deal process, including the due diligence gather, negotiations of the definitive agreements, regulatory requirements, employee and patient communications, and the transition period and they worked diligently to meet our needs. They were fully invested in making sure that the transaction closed in a timely manner and I am delighted to say that they were able to secure a closing of the transaction within four months of the signing of the Letter of Intent.
